Join a cross-functional compliance team responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions across all business lines. This role focuses on translating operational and regulatory requirements into innovative technological solutions, ensuring compliance processes are efficient, scalable, and future-proof.

Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business lines to assess compliance-related operational and regulatory needs.
  • Analyze and optimize existing compliance processes and identify opportunities for IT-driven improvements.
  • Support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of compliance tools and systems that align with business objectives.
  • Serve as the central contact for exploring and integrating emerging technologies, including AI-driven compliance tools.
  • Design, prototype, and oversee the transition of new tools or solutions into production.
  • Develop and monitor key operational metrics (KRIs and KPIs) to track process performance and ensure alignment with compliance goals.
  • Manage cross-departmental compliance projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business and IT priorities.

Profile

Requirements

  • Experience:

    • 5-7 years in process optimization, tool development, and business reporting.
    • Strong understanding of banking processes, particularly within compliance and wealth management.
    • Previous experience in a transversal role within a bank or consultancy firm is highly desirable.
  • Skills:

    • Ability to translate business needs into IT specifications and solutions.
    • Familiarity with compliance-focused technologies and AI applications.
    • Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Languages

  • English: Fluent (mandatory)
  • French: Fluent (intermediate minimum)
