What works well?
For those considering applying there, I would recommend proceeding with caution. My experience showed a lack of transparency, follow-through, and respect for candidates. In its current state, I cannot recommend EHL as a place to seek employment unless significant changes are made to their recruitment process.
What could be improved?
I recently applied for a job at EHL, expecting a professional and respectful process, especially given the company’s prestigious reputation. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations, and I feel compelled to share this review in hopes that it will encourage some reflection and improvements. The interview itself was overly formal, focusing on superficial and generic questions that didn’t allow me to demonstrate my true skills, competencies, or motivation. Instead, I felt like they were waiting for a rehearsed speech rather than than evaluating my capability to fulfill the role. The questions felt outdated and irrelevant, more about formality than substance. Besides, the post-interview process was equally frustrating. I went through an interview but was left in the dark for months afterward with no communication. Despite being told I would hear back soon, I never received any updates. When I reached out to the HR team led to no response, making me feel completely disregarded as a candidate. This experience raises serious concerns about the company's recruitment practices and how they align with the values they claim to uphold, such as empathy and respect. A recruitment process should mirror an organization’s culture and values, but in this case, it felt mechanical, disrespectful, and finally disappointing.

What works well?
Après un entretien en visio, je passe le 2ème sur place à l'EHL et la 1ère impression est waouh quel lieu magnifique. Les réceptionnistes sont polies et avenantes. L'entretien est plus une conversation entre plusieurs personnes ce qui met à l'aise le participant. Ensuite, j'ai fait une petite visite des lieux qui m'a permis de redécouvrir cette école réputée et l'ambiance qui y règne. Tous ces aspects m'ont conforté dans l'envie de travailler dans cette entreprise.
What could be improved?
Je n'ai pas passé assez de temps pour avoir l'opportunité de voir des points à améliorer..

Je n'en sais rien, il semble tout simplement évident que le processus de recrutement doit être revu et amélioré.

Contrairement à la plupart des avis sur Jobup concernant le processus de recrutement (qui sont d'ailleurs très surprenants, et étonnamment nombreux...), voici ce que j'ai à partager pour ma part : - Critères de sélection flous - Processus de recrutement trop long (3 entretiens !?) - On teste notre anglais alors que le recruteur ne le maîtrise pas... c'est questionnable - Manque de feedback constructif - Pas suffisamment de prise en compte de l'expérience professionnelle

Communication throughout the process is clear and consistent. You’re always informed about the next steps and the expectations, which makes everything run very smoothly. The recruiters are approachable and responsive, ensuring candidates feel supported.
What could be improved?
I recently went through the recruitment process at EHL. The entire process was very quick and incredibly smooth. Communication was clear, and I always knew what to expect at each step. One minor suggestion would be to include the number of steps in the job description upfront, so candidates have a clear overview from the beginning. But other than that, I have no complaints—it was a seamless experience overall!

What works well?
What worked well: the meals, which were very reasonably priced; the vacations (5 weeks fixed, 2 weeks to be fixed for the rest of the year); some of the team members, who were great people, committed and great to work with.
What could be improved?
What's wrong: the company's values, which only apply to managers; the pitiful treatment of employees' mental health; the lack of questioning by management when teams fall apart one after the other (sick leave or resignations); petty bosses hired to reorganize everything instead of thinking about the root of the problem; the deplorable way employees (except managers) are treated; broken promises. I'll stop there, but the list could be longer.

What works well?
The EHL managers were very helpful and provided me with a clear description of the job. They gave me the opportunity to spend a full day in the school. After this probationary day, I received a very quick and positive answer. I'm looking forward to working for this prestigious school.
