Management: you are sold a horizontal management, modern conditions, a funny company seminar... when in reality management is vertiginously vertical, everyone in his place and you are made to understand it very well. Employees who bring innovative ideas do not stay long. The "talking shop" where everyone can freely ask questions is a sham. The salaries are lower than those of other suppliers and there are no opportunities for internal development.

The recruitment process is unclear and seems very elitist. Indeed, it would be wise to broaden the degree requirements. Do you need a master's degree to be a counselor? My personal answer: NO. It seems to me that this company is looking for theorists and not pragmatic people from the field. Moreover, the same offer reappears every 3 months, which seems paradoxical. A company that wishes to accompany people towards a clear professional project, is not itself capable of ensuring the retention of its employees? Thank you for your answer.
