Our Expectations
- Preferably architectural background with experience in the field of store development
- First Experience in retail construction and retail design or project management of projects in related fields
- Experience in sourcing and managing external partners including briefing and steering to achieve targets
- Cross functional way to work and the ability to involve internal and external stakeholders at the right stage of the project process
- Good skills in Office 365 (Excel, PPT), Teams, AutoCAD or similar software
- Build successful relationship with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Focus and Priority oriented, Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, proactive in communication
- Strong communication skills in English and German, any other language is welcome
- You are resilient, flexible and work independently
- Willingness to travel internationally (30%)

Your tasks
- Implementation of store opening projects and remodeling works in cooperation with local teams worldwide to respect design, timeframe and budget
- Steering store opening process including feasibility studies of locations, design implementation according CI, sign-off process of design, approval process of building permit, tender process as well as quality management and time and budget control
- Manage individual Store Development tasks to achieve defined objectives (Display rollouts, Evaluation and Optimization of store design concept, Development of Design Guidelines)
- Support procurement projects and drive cost optimization initiatives (Value engineering, Tendering and Sourcing Framework Suppliers)
- Steering of external partners such as project management offices, design agencies, construction and millwork companies
- Support Retail business in maintenance construction activities
