Client Services Manager - Location : Geneva or Zurich
Being part of HSBC in Switzerland, you’ll help evolve and grow our business. This role forms an integral part of the overall sales support coverage model for the Wholesale, Institutional and ETF client channels. Based in Geneva or Zurich, the role will encompass the responsibility of client servicing and business development. Additionally, this role will require in-depth knowledge of AMG (Asset Management) solutions and the ability to assess product positioning to meet Client needs.

What you’ll do:
- Sales & Service support processes for the Wholesale/Institutional distribution channels within Asset Management
- The role holder will be responsible to oversee the production and distribution of client reports and investment review meeting materials to support wholesale sales & client service team
- The role holder will be responsible for oversight of setting up and maintaining Client records in CRM and supporting bespoke client servicing requests and business acceptance processes
- The role holder will be responsible for overseeing the setup of Transfer Agent (TA) account and all the fund queries
- Contribute to the efficiency of the Client Service Team and assist the onshore team in completion legal arrangements i.e. Distribution Agreements / Rebates and
- Assist in marketing activities of the team including pre and post planning of events
- Said individual will play an active role in building up new processes and suggesting improvements and enhancements to existing ones
- Contribute proactively to the overall sales process, growth strategy and client contact strategy and ability to build strong relationships with onshore, Front office, Product and Marketing teams
Requirements:
- Advanced Graduation in Finance from a reputed institute with Capital Markets Industry certifications preferred
- Extensive knowledge of Asset Management / fund distribution / Private and Universal Banks / financial products & their role in the Asset and wealth management business
- Experience in Client Relationship Management, client reporting, sales & service support operations for Institutional clients
- Experience in supporting Institutional Sales team and handling CRM tools in maintaining client relationship data
- Experience in handling wholesale and Institutional client service requests – regular and ad-hoc (Reports, Materials, etc.)
- Knowledge of financial markets, macro-economic environment, theory, tools and strategies
- Analytical Skills - proven interpretation and utilization of management information and ability to distil complex and varied data into information; good process analysis and problem solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal & presentation (including advanced PowerPoint) communication skills and ability to be persuasive, pragmatic in approach
- Stakeholder management is a critical attribute, and team-spirit needed
- Excellent understanding of the fund order processing flow from start to end and understanding of the regulatory framework regarding distribution of funds across EMEA
- Ability to understand and analyse client requests in order provide precise and informative output
- Ability to navigate in a complex environment across jurisdictions and different business models
