We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting our staff, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
Our client is a FMCG.
Missions
- Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Support Services: Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Financial Management: Assist with budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure the office is well-maintained and operational.
Profil du candidat
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
