- Culinary Professional. You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a cook in a 4-/5-star hotel and have 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in fine dining.
- Quality Controller. Your knowledge of food, proper processing techniques, and expertise in workplace safety and HACCP regulations make you stand out.
- Talent. Even in stressful situations, you maintain an overview. You are flexible, resilient, and enjoy working independently. Communicating in English is not a challenge for you.

Deine Aufgaben
- Hands-On. You are responsible for the preparation, production, presentation, and quality assurance of dishes. Additionally, you prepare the mise en place before service and perform cleaning and closing tasks for your assigned station at the end of operations.
- Quality Assurance. You assist with the acceptance and control of goods, share responsibility for proper storage, and ensure cleanliness and order in the kitchen and storage areas. You also pay attention to compliance with all legal regulations regarding workplace safety, HACCP guidelines, and minimum shelf life (MHD) to maintain a clean and organized workplace.
- Team Player. You pitch in and support your supervisors and team in daily operations. To ensure that you receive delicious staff meals, you also take care of the preparation and planning of personnel catering.
