For our Laboratory Weighing (LabTec) division, which is the world's leading manufacturer of laboratory balances, we are looking for the Greifensee location, METTLER TOLEDO's global operational headquarters, for an enthusiastic Software Team Lead - Technical Product Owner80% – 100% (all genders).In this role, your responsibilities would include:You define the project roadmap together with the Master Product Owner for your team (leading 4-5 team members directly) You define and manage the backlog for a team of approximately five peopleYou prioritize the product backlog items based on their business value, the roadmap sequence, and the time required to complete themYou manage dependencies with other teamsYou support the Scrum Master and the team to optimize their performance.You gain a solid understanding of business and technical requirements to translate them into a feasible solution, assist the team in clarifying features and functionalities, and to assess development results, which may include feedback or conducting usability testsYou communicate the project status and any roadblocks with other team members
