The natürli Cheese products are available from numerous regional and national retailers, wholesalers and in our own 20 sales outletshumidoren. Head of Quality Management 80 - 100%

Your tasks:

• You ensure food safety and quality at the Saland site and in the sales outlets and carry out regular external visits
• You prepare and carry out certification audits (IFS-Food) and lead the HACCP team
• You plan, monitor and optimize the quality processes and end product specifications
• You develop the QM documentation further and ensure its maintenance
• You train all staff in quality and safety standards

Your profile:

• You have completed vocational training and/or a degree in food technology (BSc/MSc)
• You have several years of experience in quality management, food safety, hygiene and food law
• You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner
• You are resilient, communicative and enjoy exchanging ideas with others
• You have a high level of assertiveness, organizational talent and good manners
• You are interested in and enjoy natürlilocal, regional food
