Your tasks
The Institute of Management & Strategy at the University of St.Gallen, Chair of Professor Ambos seeks to hire a Research and Teaching Associate in Strategic Management.
Our offering:
- Ability to pursue a doctorate in business administration while working at the chair
- Challenging research according to international standards in strategic management (especially focusing on Global and Corporate Strategy, including topics like international market expansion, cross-border operations and management, and organizational resilience)
- Writing of scientific publications and participation in international conferences
- Support in teaching at Bachelor, Master, and PhD level (assistance in courses; supervision of Bachelor/Master theses)
- Collaboration in company cooperations and research consortia
Your profile
Requirement:
- Completed university studies with honors in management or a related field
- Interest in scientific working methods; if possible, first experience (e.g. in a master thesis)
- Knowledge of statistics (focus: quantitative research methods)
- Very good knowledge of German and English (Level C1 or higher), oral and written
