Description
Leadership and Strategic Support
- Act as the CFO's key advisor, supporting financial strategy and executive decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team to deliver high-quality financial insights.
- Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategy with business objectives.
- Prepare and support financial presentations for executive stakeholders and committees.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business planning.
- Analyze financial performance, challenge assumptions, and drive corrective actions.
- Improve reporting accuracy and data visualization tools to enhance decision-making.
- Bridge financial insights with non-financial stakeholders to support operational strategies.
Operational and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with financial data teams to optimize reporting tools and dashboards.
- Partner with accounting teams across multiple locations to ensure consistent reporting and compliance.
- Support strategic projects, ensuring financial alignment with transformation initiatives.
- Drive process improvements, digitalization efforts, and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance financial systems and reporting capabilities.
Profile
- Strong background in FP&A, financial management, or a similar role in a multi-entity environment.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in financial management systems and data visualization tools.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive financial improvements.
