We are currently looking for an experienced Engineer to work amongst a team on days to support site performance and delivery of Icodextrin.
The role will work alongside the shift based maintenance technicians, the engineering utilities and project teams as well as supporting the rest of the operations teams, in their day to day activities.
Monday - Friday, 8am until 4pm (with some flexibility, potential to cover shift maintenance technicians at reasonable notice)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Full management of weekday contractor control
- Completion of all LSW activities for critical systems
- Daily utility tasks (PPW, Boilers, Compressors, etc)
- Data capture management for CBM in 2025 (new workstream)
- Holiday/Absence cover for shift engineers on days (possible weekends also)
- Site services support and management (FM soft services)
- Day-to-day project and process support
- These roles will provide full cover for shift engineers, support in CAPEX project delivery and build the platform to allow the shift engineers to be focused on predictive and preventative maintenance, supported by the creation of experts in in our critical site processes.
Qualifications . To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. List knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
- Engineering experience and qualifications related to mechanical and/or electrical disciplines
- Experience and qualifications in standard utilities equipment such as steam boilers, compressors and LV distribution networks
- Knowledge of engineering standards in Pharma or Food industry
- Ideally trained in the compliance areas of PASMA, LOLER, DSEAR, PSSR
Education and/or Experience.
- Experience of LSW applications and history in the use of
- Experienced contractor controller, with training and experience in RAMS management and writing and expertise in PTW and LOTO systems
- Understanding of condition based monitoring and how to analyse and use data
