Tasks and responsibilities:
- Designs, specifies and installs new equipment and provides engineering technical support and troubleshooting for all cell culture, purification, pharmaceutical processing equipment and plant utilities, provides technical support on production control systems.
- Develops CQV protocols, oversees CQV testing and drafts final reports.
- Leads corrective and preventive actions on equipment and oversees and equipment and system change control.
- Provides subject matter expertise in technical investigations and in the technology transfer on new products/processes.
- Leads continuous improvement and equipment and facility performance optimization efforts.
- Provides project engineering as required for new processing equipment installations and modifications to existing equipment.
Your profile:
- Relevant experience within pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with Delta-V, PLM , Trackwise, CMMS (Infor)
- Fluent in English
