For one of our client based in Geneva (GE), we're looking for a
IST Support Level 2 (M/W)
Missions:
- Assisting users with software configuration, installing peripherals and troubleshooting Workstations, printers and videoconferencing tools (Yealink)
- Resolve the incidents Level 2
- Helping users with Office 365 software (e.g., MS Forms, Teams, Sharepoint, office...)
- Asset inventory management
- Onboarding and Offboarding users and provisioning new laptops with Microsoft Autopilot for onboarding requests
- Manage the mobile telephone fleet.
- Adding and Removing software licenses for Microsoft and Adobe products. Providing regular inventory checks.
- Creating accounts or email-shared mailboxes and distribution lists.
- Life cycle management of hardware units – Process end-of-life cycle management, notification, replacement and asset decommissioning/disposal
- Managing Microsoft Active Directory (on-prem and in Azure),
- Liaising with level 3 experts to configure network equipment such as switches or firewalls and managing backup software.
- Drafting documentation detailing the deployment and installation procedures for the various services
- Ticket management and archiving through the customer's incident management system with SLA.
- Managing requests escalated from technical support level 1.
- Working with the team to implement long-term strategic technology plan.
Profile :
- Degree in computer Science or related field
- A Microsoft Certification of office tools and Windows 11 is a plus
- Previous experience in IT infrastructure support and maintenance
- An experience in Sharepoint Administration, Data protection, security and integrity in their general context
- General knowledge in networking (cisco)
- Knowledge with Yealink type videoconferencing equipment is a plus
- Ability to methodically identify problems and perform "troubleshooting" in accordance with guidelines
- Ability to analyze needs, ensure optimization and use of resources and existing technologies
- Team spirit and willingness to work as a team
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices is strongly recommended
- Fluent in English and French
