For one of the leading Luxury watch & jewellery
houses with offices in Geneva, we are currently seeking their future Assistant
Manager contributing in overseeing the worldwide Franchise Retail network of
the Brand.
MISSION
- Increase the sales and operational excellence of the brand Franchise
Boutiques worldwide by deploying various commercial initiatives & sharing the
internal retail best practices.
- Support on all marketing, sales and back-office work involving Franchise
Boutiques.
- Engage in any sales or promotional missions when needed, including
extensive business travels centered around events and Boutique activities.

POSITION
Sales Supervision
- Ensure the achievement or over achievement of the global Franchise Boutique objectives,
in close collaboration with the Global Franchise Boutique Director.
- Contribute to achieving sales goals of Franchise Boutique partners, through
specific missions or assignments at the POS, by extensive travels.
- Set targets with management on collections and monitor achievement.
- Assist in monitoring the Franchise Boutique core product range coverage implementation
and replenishment in close collaboration with the sales managers worldwide.
- Interact with key Franchise Boutiques to share information, initiate sales
activities, plan events, etc.
Sales Training
- Develop and deploy tools for Franchise Boutiques and share them with the
corporate trainers around the world. Ensure the necessary follow-up to guarantee
a lasting impact.
- Play a key role in organizing Franchise Boutique seminars in collaboration
with other HQ colleagues.
- Work closely with HQ Watch & Jewellery teams.
- Support the Franchise Boutique sales associates and strengthen their
selling skills.
- Keep all Franchise Boutique best practices up-to-date and accurate.
- Identify specific training needs within the network.
Events & Exhibitions
- Participate at all major exhibitions to contribute in generating sales
(incl. Watches & Wonders, Pre-W&W, major international events, etc.).
- Finalize all Franchise Boutique presentations prepared before partners'
visits at HQ.
- Supervise the implementation and success of travel collections geared to
support our key Franchise Boutiques.
- Create & collect post event reports for all Franchise Boutique events
& exhibitions, to be shared internally as best practice.
Subsidiaries & HQ Support
- Monitor Franchise Boutique visual merchandising (either via POS/market
visits or from the office via mail exchanges with the sales & marketing
teams at HQ or in the subsidiaries).
- Play a key role in supporting sales of the subsidiaries when organizing
events with their key Franchise Boutiques.
- Play a key role in supporting the preparation of collections for major
international events like Doha & Bahrain Jewellery fairs.
- Work hand-in-hand with the subsidiaries and the client experience
coordinator to organize and lead various HQ factory Manufacture visits every
year.
- Prepare a quarterly global boutique report dedicated to Brand Franchise
Boutiques.
KPI's
- Achievement of Franchise Boutiques sales targets per region and per
collection.
- Preparation and attendance of set number of Franchise Boutique events every
year
- Achievement of goals set for assigned missions each year, e.g. direct sales
generated, etc.
PROFILE
- Proven track record of Luxury retail experience (possibly
both Instore and at HQ)
- University degree or higher education, e.g. in watchmaking
or similar
- Watch & Jewellery training & sales experience
(minimum 2 years)
- Proficiency in English and French a must. German,
Arabic or Asian language skills would be an advantage
- Excellent skills with Ms Office, especially MsExcel
and MsPowerpoint
- Strong interest in watchmaking & jewellery, and good
knowledge of the industry
- Strong analytical / financial skills
- Ability to work as part
of a team and connect across the organisation
- Flexibility on daily
tasks, with the ability to prioritize
- Strong communication/presentation
and organisational skills
- Self-driven and creative
at finding solutions and improving existing processes
- Ability and power to
