The Resource Mobilization Analyst supports donor engagement through research, communications, and coordination to advance funding strategies for global health and development initiatives.

Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on data and information relevant to donor inquiries.
- Draft letters, talking points, and presentations to support donor portfolio managers in preparing for meetings with government officials.
- Coordinate meeting logistics with internal and external stakeholders, including scheduling and note-taking.
- Organize departmental files using SharePoint, recommending improvements for efficient information sharing across teams.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather information or data addressing key donor-relevant issues or specific queries.
- Utilize internal data systems and databases effectively.
- Build a network of internal contacts to facilitate access to timely and relevant information for donor communications.

- Production of high-quality analyses and data visualizations.
- Delivery of donor information in clear, concise formats.
- Timely responses to donor queries.
- Creation of professional, polished documents for external audiences.
Profile
Essential
- A university degree in public health, public policy, public administration, international relations, development studies, communications, or a related field.
- Proven ability to craft high-quality talking points and official correspondence in English.
- Proactive, reliable team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Desirable
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in resource mobilization, working for a donor government, multilateral organization, or NGO.
- Familiarity with Official Development Assistance (ODA) and related topics.
Languages
- Exceptional written English skills required. Working knowledge of French is an asset.
Job Offer
1 year temporary mission from January to December 2025.
