Job Description :
The CDO Workforce Management Execution role is responsible for the planning, monitoring, adoption and implementation of ongoing Workforce Planning efforts across the CDO. Through strong engagement with CDO Business Execution leads, COO Business Office and Enterprise Workforce Management (EWM), the CDO Workforce Management Execution role will proactively work with relevant stakeholders to build, manage and execute EWM activities across the CDO. The individual will work with CDO Business Execution Leads to proactively identify and manage program risks and issues. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others.
Job Responsibilities :
- Support the CDO Business Execution Leads by planning and coordinating adoption activities for Workforce Planning transformation activities inside the CDO
- Work with ACT/WFP teams to understand and communication planning dependencies, changes and solutions. Work with CDO stakeholders and SMEs to identify, manage and resolve risks and issues.
- Day-to-day management of project responsibilities including milestone setting, task and actions management, co-ordination and execution of plan within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations
- Create status updates and support senior management with program information as needed
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members
Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in a financial services role
- Communications or marketing experience preferred
- Demonstrated working knowledge of financial services industry
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education :
- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
