Leading a team of 65+ professionals, you will drive the design, implementation, and migration to a global cloud and IT infrastructure for over 200 sites, enabling stable operations and agile development.

What you will do:

• Design Axpo’s new IT Infrastructure aligned with business, functional, and non-functional requirements.


• Build and lead a skilled team to create, operate, and optimize Axpo's cloud-first infrastructure.


• Migrate workloads based on security and business priorities, ensuring smooth transitions.


• Establish a robust operations team for secure and reliable system performance.


• Oversee the decommissioning of legacy infrastructure, completing the move to the new environment.

What you bring & who you are:

• Master’s degree in business administration, economics, technology, or similar field.


• 10+ years of experience working in IT organizations.


• Proven expertise in designing and managing complex cloud and IT infrastructure projects.


• Strong leadership skills to build, inspire, and guide a high-performing team.


• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on implementation to achieve pragmatic results.


• Excellent collaboration and alignment skills with key stakeholders across business units.
