We are hiring Activity Leaders for next summer in Málaga starting from the month of June. This would be the perfect job to boost your CV by gaining experience in working in an international and well known company globally.
What will you be doing
While working at our summer camp, you will be responsible for
- Leading activities for groups of international students in Spanish
- Following all the activities as scheduled
- Helping in school events such as welcome parties, EF Discos and graduations
- Ensuring that students adhere to school rules
- Maintaining good spirit in the group and entertain the students
- Answering and resolving any enquiry the student may have
- Ensuring good communication with the whole staff
- Providing feedback about students and/or host families to your superiors
- Making sure the student has the best experience at EF
- Encouraging the constant use of the Spanish language amongst the students
Every day is different from taking students on unique excursions to running epic themed Murder Mysteries while dressed as your favourite film character!
The role may also include admin duties, such as taking registers, basic finance and welfare duties.
If you are part of the non-supervised school, you will also be required to do some admin duties at the reception such as managing phone calls and students’ questions.
What will you take away?
After a summer of working as an Activity Leader, you will leave having created great memories for your students. You will expand your creative skills by organizing and executing activities. Working with students who are traveling to a foreign country your communication skills are maximized to ensure a smooth experience for everyone and your group management capabilities will be enhanced.
Tasked with being the main responsible for your activity group; you will grow your overall leadership skills by guiding your group from the unfamiliar to the unforgettable.

The ideal Activity Leader:
- Has great communication skills and is fluent in Spanish
- Has a minimum of B2 in English
- Is Customer-Service oriented
- Is energetic and has a positive attitude
- Is at least 21 years old
- Has the right to live and work in this country
