To strengthen our Human Resources team in Neuchâtel, we are seeking a dedicated
Working closely with the HRBP, the Perfume Sales Europe & Africa regional team, and key stakeholders, you will contribute to building organizational and people capabilities.
Missions
Your responsibilities will include supporting the identification of areas for improvement and optimization, as well as opportunities for best practice sharing within the region. You will guide management in addressing people challenges and provide expertise on HR practices, acting as the local point of contact for the regional team on HR topics.
Ensuring HR compliance for external workers across Europe will be a key focus, requiring liaison with the regional team. You will also collaborate with local HR teams for legal and operational support and contribute to core HR processes such as recruiting, performance appraisals, and annual salary reviews. Providing support and coordination for any legal or employment issues arising within the designated regions, ensuring appropriate handling, will be essential.
Developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, and championing HR initiatives to support the People Strategy will be crucial for success. Collaboration with relevant HR and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless employee lifecycle experience is also expected. This includes supporting the needs of and verifying guidelines with agency contractors, as well as contributing to people development initiatives.
Profile
The ideal candidate possesses a Master's degree or equivalent, with a specialization in HR and at least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within a complex, international environment. A passion for employee relations and business organization, coupled with demonstrated experience handling complex situations, is essential.
You are a dynamic, positive individual with a proactive and solution-oriented approach, known for your listening skills, interpersonal intelligence, and situational awareness. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for building and maintaining trust-based relationships at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders. Impeccable written and spoken French and English skills are required.
