ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The role is responsible for demonstrating BAT’s global position within locally based organised accounts in order to support the establishment of outstanding key account management in BAT.
You will be joining our Sweden business unit with engaged and highly experienced colleagues who all focus on delivering upon our strategy and objectives to create true value to our Nordic business. The position is based in our Malmö office located in Hyllie close to public transport.
Reports to: Key Account Manager
Geographic Scope: Malmö, Sweden
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
As Junior Executive you will be supporting the growth of our brands through step-changing support to our key account managers and be part of a transformational journey. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Measure & analyse BAT and competitors’ performance in accounts
- Consolidate and share product data with accounts (through Exder & Validoo)
- Take ownership of own projects and lead with integrity
- Support Key Account managers with data gathering and preparation ahead of trade windows
- Proactively seek, identify and quantify opportunities to grow our business
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
- Collect, analyse and act upon account related data
- Support Key account managers with seamless retail execution & identify opportunities hereof
- Establishing and monitor internal budgets with the company
- Planning and presenting reports on account / channel progress, goals, and initiatives to internal stakeholders
- Build and ensure planograms support the business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure account satisfaction and business success
- Focus on the fostering of value creation as an inherent part of the job

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
As the ideal candidate you are pro-active, analytical, and structured, and you are good at setting clear direction and move fast to deliver business results. You possess excellent interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work independently as well as being a team-player.
Furthermore, to succeed in the role, you have:
- A University degree in Marketing, Business or Business Information
- Profound experience from FMCG industry with a commercial mindset
- Strong analytical, systems and numeracy skills with capability to master complexity
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Nordic language
- Strong communication and planning skills
- You are bold, curious and resilient
- You learn quickly and share learnings
- You are responsible and think long term and deliver outstanding results
BENEFICIAL:
- Knowledge of Coupa / AC Nielsen / Power BI
- Advanced Excel and Presentation Skills
- Experience with Exder / Validoo
