Job description
If you are a strategic leader with a passion for sports and a strong background in Supply Chain Management, we have an amazing position for you in a company like no other. As Supply Chain Manager, you will optimize and oversee our Sports Services Production Supply Chain operations.
This role encompasses the coordination of Shipping, Warehouse, Production, Maintenance & Repairs, and Equipment Assets to ensure a seamless and cohesive supply chain process.
You’ll manage all supply chain activities within our Sports Services Production unit, focusing on optimizing equipment flows from initial reservation to event delivery and return. With an emphasis on reducing inefficiencies and enhancing service quality,
you will drive continuous improvements aligned with Swiss Timing’s strategic objectives. In this capacity, you will also serve as the Business Process Owner of the Supply Chain module in our ERP system, committed to achieving process efficiency and upholding high standards of operational excellence.
Profile
With a strong academic background, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, you bring a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Ideally, you have experience in complex, event-focused environments and expertise in managing end-to-end supply chain operations.
Highly organized, adaptable, and dedicated to delivering high-quality results, you excel under pressure and demonstrate exceptional coordination skills across departments. Your teamwork skills, quick learning ability, and open-mindedness truly set you apart.
Professional requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
- Strong expertise in managing end-to-end supply chain operations
Languages
- Fluent in English, you communicate effectively at all levels
- Proficiency in German or French would be a great asset
