Join our team and take on a pivotal role where you will deliver high-quality financial reports and analyses at the total Coca-Cola HBC level ensuring that strategic decisions are made based on robust, data-driven insights. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial data, performing in-depth analyses, and supporting the specific informational needs of Commercial Management and Senior Management in the area of Top Line and Profitability.
In this exciting role, you will:
- Prepare and consolidate group-level financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to corporate reporting standards.
- Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards tailored to leadership requirements.
- Ensure consistent presentation and formatting of financial data for executive-level consumption.
- Perform detailed analyses of group financial performance, including Volume/Revenue trends and profitability metrics.
- Provide insightful commentary on key variances, trends, and potential risks or opportunities.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses as requested by senior leadership, ensuring responsiveness to evolving needs.
- Maintain and update financial models and group databases to ensure data consistency and reliability.
- Support the Group team regarding LRP, Business Plan and Rolling Estimate, target settings and scenario analysis process giving valuable insights
- Standardize data preparation methods to ensure consistency across reporting cycles and drive enhancements in group-level reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
You can be successful in this role, if you have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance mandatory and preferably in the area of Business Planning or Commercial Finance Analysis
- Advanced MS office knowledge (mainly Excel, PowerPoint, Business Modelling) and PowerBI.
- High level of comfort working with complex financial structures and large datasets.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills to handle competing priorities.
- Ability to understand and synthesize complex data and information to provide conclusion which will drive insights for recommendation.
