Job Description

The Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is part of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) organization, and it defines, leads, and coordinates information security efforts across EFG International and its entities. It defines the information security strategy, identifies, and runs security initiatives and sets standards. It leads information systems security risk assessment efforts and owns Bank security awareness and training programs. It will assist with activities and initiatives protecting EFG’s infrastructure, applications, and data against threats, such as security breaches, malware, third-party related weaknesses, or attacks by cyber-criminals.

To reinforce our CISO Architecture department at EFG, we are looking for a Senior Information Security Architect.

Main responsibilities:

• Enable EFG IS, IT and Digital strategies with a focus on EFG Cloud and Zero Trust Strategies. 


• Provide expert advices on cybersecurity to IT and Digital project teams, RISK function, Top Management and other key stakeholders.


• Develop reference security architectures to facilitate the industrialization of IT and digital solutions.


• Assess IT and digital projects against security standards, regulatory and compliance requirements, and industry best practices.


• Help project teams embed security in their projects.


• Help project teams analyse, document, and manage risks.


• Design and execute Information Security Architecture controls.


• Support the overall CISO Office missions with polyvalence.

  Skills and experience

• Master’s degree in computer science, Information Security, IT engineering, or related field.


• You have +5 years of professional experience working in the DLP field and supporting services underneath.


• Proven experience in IS Architrecture.


• Experience with Cloud (Azure).


• Strong problem solving, organizational and project management skills.


• Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple priorities, while meeting deadlines.


• Fluent in spoken and written English.
