Customer Service Manager (m/w/d)

Main activities and responsibilities
- Manage customer service operational activities
- Provide tactical decision-making related to balance supply and demand
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (OTIF, Volume & lead time)
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with internal stakeholders in different department (production planning, purchasing and quality)
- Handle customer requests and finding optimal solution to the problems and concerns presented
- Manage the forecast process
Your Profile
- Bachelor`s degree in industrial distribution, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing and management positions
- Experience in industrial environment a must ; within the Pharmaceutical industry a plus
- Customer service oriented, rigorous, pragmatic, able to have a global vision and pay attention to details. Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to collaborate across organizational functions (production planning, purchasing and quality) and units internally and externally
- Strong analytical skills, used to work with reportings and datas
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, particularly SAP4 HANA. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in both French and English with excellent communication skills
