Relationship Manager Assistant - Hebrew Speaking - 80-100%
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) in daily interactions with clients, ensuring high-quality communication and support.
- Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and process client documentation, including onboarding forms, compliance requirements, and account updates, adhering to Swiss banking regulations.
- Client Portfolio Monitoring: Support the RM in monitoring client accounts, investments, and transactions, ensuring accurate execution and timely reporting.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage correspondence, schedule client meetings, and maintain client records in the CRM system.
- Operational Support: Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Compliance, Operations, Legal) to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Market Research: Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and updates on market trends relevant to clients' portfolios.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with Swiss banking laws and the firm's internal policies.
Profile
- Languages: Fluency in Hebrew and English is mandatory; French or other languages are an asset.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years in a similar role within private banking or wealth management.
- Education: Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Swiss financial regulations and compliance processes.
