- You help to actively promote the independent selling of the digital portfolio to partners worldwide
- You streamline sales processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness (e.g., through digitalization and automation)
- You contribute to sales performance management together with the team leadership
- You steer daily efforts of sales assistants and working students across the team of sellers
- You support in formulating channel and market strategies and granular forecasting
- You maintain account planning of internal sales team and sales funnel management
- You optimize and coordinate onboarding practices across different sales roles
- You facilitate inter-functional collaboration (e.g., with tech and product teams)
- You maintain and expand sales materials (e.g., pitch decks and case studies)
- You manage the CRM (Salesforce), data bases and other tools
- You enjoy working in an international team
What you need to succeed
- Ideally, you already have initial experience in sales or media sales, preferably in the travel industry
- You really enjoy interacting with people and have a strong service spirit, hands-on mentality and the desire to bring projects to success
- You think for yourself, approach tasks proactively and, as an organizational talent and always keep the overview. A careful and structured way of working as well as reliability and a sense of responsibility are your strengths
- You already have a strong understanding and proven knowledge of B2B sales processes and reporting
- You are used to professionally work with Microsoft Office applications and ideally having experience in managing CRM systems such as Salesforce
- You impress with outstanding numerical skills while data analysis and visualization are your home turf
- You bring exceptional organizational and administrative skills
- You are a team player, and your positive energy is transferred to others during your work. You have a feeling for where a helping hand is needed, and you also like to lend an active hand
- Thanks to your good knowledge of German and English, you have no problem being there for our team of over 20 nationalities
