Your role at Baxter
As a Network Planner, you will be responsible for balancing and optimizing supply planning to meet demand. You will provide input to define and implement supply planning process, resolving priorities, including supporting the creation of MRP for sourcing of materials, DRP, MPS, supporting process improvements, and supply reviews.
What you'll be doing!

Apply the demand signal, on-hand inventory, and inventory targets to handle replenishment requirements and develop a network supply plan.

Assist in identifying process improvements using data analytics to manage a defined product portfolio.

Recommend changes to the network supply plan when deemed necessary over the planning horizon. Changes are to be governed through sales and operations planning (SIOP) process.

Communicate, collaborate, and interact with Demand Planners, Commercial, Customer Management, Network Manager, Marketing, and Finance to provide production and replenishment plans and exception-based reporting for assigned Business Unit.

Supports the Supply Planning team with new product introductions and product conversions.

Report Key Performance Indicators.

Collaborate with the Network Manager to continuously improve performance, focusing on important areas like meeting service targets and optimizing network inventory levels.
What you'll bring

Bachelor with Postgraduate Degree
-
1 to 3 years related experience in supply chain management - warehousing, distribution, logistics, transportation, customer service and/or inventory planning is required.

Advanced English (Required)

Advance Excel (Required)

Knowledge in planning or deployment tools (Required)

APICS (Desirable)
