We are actively looking for a Swiss qualified lawyer (Junior Associate or Associate level) with 1 to 6 years of experience either in commercial, corporate law and/or disputes (litigation and arbitration).
An international Law firm based in Geneva.
Description
- Collaborate with associates, partners, and clients across various jurisdictions
- Handle Swiss corporate and commercial law matters
- Engage in disputes work, including litigation and arbitration
- Work independently and as part of a team
Profile
- Admitted to practice law in Switzerland
- 1 to 6 years of experience in Swiss corporate and commercial law, and/or disputes
- Excellent communication and drafting skills in English and French
- Strong interest to work within an international context
- Innovative and willing to think outside the box
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- Client-focused with a strong understanding of client needs
- Ability to maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Proactive, with a can-do attitude
