What you will do:

• Define and maintain the application architecture vision, principles, standards, and roadmap for G&D's production and distribution oriented divisions, ranging from Hydropower & Biomass, over Nuclear, Green Gases, Solar, Batteries and Wind, to Distribution/Grid.
• Align architecture strategies with business objectives and priorities.
• Provide guidance on IT solutions adhering to enterprise architecture principles.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and best practices to deliver business value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across applications, infrastructure, and end-user technologies.
• Advocate for coherence, consistency, and innovation within the application landscape.

What you bring & who you are:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years in application management, solution architecture, or IT consulting.
• Experience in large enterprises and complex organizational structures.
• Strong knowledge in Engineering applications, ERP, CRM, GenAI, and cloud-native technologies.
• Certifications in ITIL, TOGAF, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and cross-level collaboration skills.
