<p><b>Purpose of the Job</b></p><p>Ensure all technical questions and requests from customers, sales, and internal sources are addressed promptly. Support implants, follow-ups, and issues related to CRT and Cardiac Rhythm Management devices, and educate new and existing sales and technical staff.</p><p></p><p><b>Roles & Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Provide technical assistance and training to customers and sales reps.</li><li>Attend and support implants, follow-ups, and technical issues.</li><li>Act as a company ambassador, maintaining professional integrity.</li><li>Onboard and educate new CRM employees.</li><li>Stay updated on clinical studies and competitive products.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and legal contracts for equipment.</li><li>Adhere to corporate policies and quality procedures.</li><li>Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education & Competencies</b></p><ul><li><b>Qualifications</b>: Technical education in electrotechnics or biomedical engineering.</li><li><b>Skills</b>: Proficiency in English and French, Microsoft Windows, and Office.</li><li><b>Traits</b>: Good communicator, team player, stress-resistant, positive attitude.</li></ul>
