For our client, a major private bank, we are currently looking for an Account Manager - Institutional clients
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research and develop strategies to acquire and engage high-value clients, including corporations, principal shareholders, C-suite executives, and professional service providers.
- Create compelling value propositions and pitch materials; lead workshops on sales management and client relationship strategies.
- Perform initial client and market screenings to identify potential investment opportunities, leveraging industrial and financial analysis, as well as an established business network.
- Serve as a dedicated advisor to senior executives, key shareholders, and businesses, providing guidance on investment strategies, treasury management, and broader banking needs.
Profile

Experience:
- A proven track record of at least +7 years in private banking, corporate banking, or investment banking, with a focus on key clients, family offices, and institutional clients
- Extensive experience in relationship management and business development within a global context.

- Strong expertise in investment strategies, treasury management, M&A, and cross-border financing solutions.
- Exceptional ability to develop tailored financial solutions and communicate complex concepts effectively to senior executives and high-profile clients.
- Skilled at leveraging financial and industrial data for identifying investment opportunities.

Network and Market Knowledge:
- Established network within the corporate, investment, and private banking sectors, with a deep understanding of market trends and client needs.
- Familiarity with global and cross-border financial practices, particularly within Switzerland and key financial markets.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with high-value clients.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Multilingual capabilities (e.g., English, French, and other relevant languages) to interact with a diverse client base.
