Your Impact
- Lead IT Audit Engagements: Manage and deliver a portfolio of IT audit projects, including IT general controls (ITGC), application controls, and IT security reviews, ensuring audits are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with applicable standards (e.g., SOX, NIST, ISO, COBIT).
- Risk Assessment & Control Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' IT environments, identify potential risks and control gaps, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risk exposure.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, advising them on technology risk management, internal controls, cybersecurity, and compliance matters. Effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of IT auditors, providing guidance, feedback, and training to foster their professional growth and development. Review and evaluate team members' work to ensure quality and accuracy in audit documentation and deliverables.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful execution of IT audits while maintaining high standards of quality and service. Proactively identify and address potential obstacles to project completion.
- Regulatory Compliance & Standards: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements to provide clients with current and relevant advice. Ensure audits comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and professional standards.

Your Skill Set
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional Certifications: One or more of the following certifications is preferred (CISA, CISM, CRISC, CPA) or equivalent is a plus.
- 5-6 years of experience in IT audit, internal audit, or IT risk management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, with a previous experience in a Big 4 or large professional services firm is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, risk management, IT control frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL), and cybersecurity principles.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, including cloud environments, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and database management.
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and teams.
