We are seeking for our client a meticulous Quality Engineer to manage and enhance our Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and EASA regulations in a safety-critical environment. This role involves driving continuous improvement, promoting a strong safety culture, and performing quality assurance and internal audits in the aerospace and air traffic control sectors.

Description
- Maintain and enhance the Integrated Management System (IMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 standards.
- Support the implementation of compliance measures for current and emerging EASA regulatory standards in the Air Traffic Control industry.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Promote a safety-first culture by coaching, training, and reinforcing internal quality and safety processes.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards through comprehensive Quality Assurance practices.
- Conduct internal audits in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
Profile
- Engineering degree with expertise in Integrated Management Systems.
- Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 (ISO 27001 is a plus), particularly within software development organizations.
- Familiarity with EASA certification processes in the aerospace industry.
- Experience with software development processes in safety-critical environments.
- Proven ability to analyze complex systems, demonstrating adaptability, autonomy, and rigor.
- Industry experience in Aerospace and/or Air Traffic Control is required.
- Familiarity with standards such as ED-153, ED-109, DO-178, and DO-254 is highly advantageous.
- Resilient under pressure, with a flexible and proactive approach.
- Practical experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Eligible to work in Switzerland (Swiss and EU citizens)
