The digital analytics team is looking for someone who is excited by a sales data analyst role with real impact, influencing both what is being worked on and how. As an exceptional analyst, advisor and project manager, you will count as your regular audience sales leaders of Sunrise's consumer organization as well as peers working in data and technology units. You will be able to use your business acumen, technical expertise and communication skills to identify and quantify opportunities for initiatives, as well as report on progress and success.
Tasks:
- Identify cross-channel customer journeys and suggest mechanism to capture and structure relevant data; work with Platform and IT/DWH teams to unify data sources and build single custom view
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data analysis needs, define KPIs and leading indicators as well as performance monitoring; work as strategic data advisor providing actionable insights
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to identify root causes, trends and patterns in data to inform decisions
- Support MarTech initiatives through a data infrastructure driving actionable insights
- Lead documentation and training supporting stakeholders self-serve and up-skilling on topics related to sales data analytics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics; or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within sales or marketing analytics units; omnichannel analytics experience a plus; Web analytics experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of SQL and previous experience with data visualization tools (e.g.: Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI); Python skills and/or API design & development understanding a plus; Hands-on data engineering experience (data architecture, data pre-processing and data modelling) a plus
- Excellent analytical and business skills to refine solutions jointly with stakeholders
- Extraordinary motivation and ability to plan and deliver cross-units projects reliably in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in written and oral English; German a plus
