Your Tasks
- Ensure daily production, organize, implement and maintain production process flow
- Improve existing Plasma RIE etching processes to reduce production costs and increase production capacity
- Establish reliable plasma etching machine conditions. Identify and prevent machine failure.
- Investigate operational problems affecting production, detect non conformities, report and recommend solutions.
- Diagnose, inspect, and perform maintenance on machines, installations, and equipment to minimize machine downtime.
- Create, update working instructions, process documents
- Cooperate with lithography and metrology department for process improvements
- Train and supervise operator/technician staff
Your profile
- B. Sc. / M. Sc. degree in Microtechnology or a related field
- Interest in microtechnology, manufacturing methods, and analysis techniques
- Knowledge and experience in dry etching (RIE), thin films, and metrology are a plus
- Proficiency in common computer tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Autonomous, thorough, punctual, with a good team spirit
- Knowledge of technical English and mechanical skills is a plus.
