Within our Supply Chain department, you will be part of a highly established team, and you will experience a unique 360° vision on Cartier Eyewear planning; you will be responsible for the operational demand, supply and distribution planning activities of the category, in a unique context of growing sales and accelerating supply chain transformation.
In this wide and demanding position, both hands-on and project-oriented, you will be responsible for planning and deploying Eyewear finished product stocks, working closely with our different stakeholders and markets.
WHAT MAKES THIS POSITION UNIQUE?
You will execute short-middle-long-term demand and supply plans for Cartier Eyewear, to support the sales development and ensure the optimal product availability within the network, in accordance with the target stock policies.
Together with a team of planners and coordinators, you will collaborate with international marketing, markets, development, suppliers and finance to build an ambitious and achievable plan; you will provide regular appropriate communication and relevant analysis.
You will impulse and drive the transformation of our supply chain processes by challenging the status quo and implementing new models for the permanent offer and the seasonal collections, in the context of accelerated sales rhythms.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Demand Planning:
- Create the short-term, medium-term and long-term sales forecasts in collaboration with central marketing, sales merchandising and markets
- Participate in the life cycle management process
- Design multiple scenarios to optimize and adapt the sales forecast to the latest market trends
- Coordinate appropriate decision-making to ensure impactful launches in our boutiques
Supply Planning:
- Create the procurement plan of finished products in collaboration with the suppliers, balancing novelty planning, suppliers' capacity and performance
- Execute and follow-up novelty planning, in coordination with marketing, development, purchasing and quality teams
- Monitor the stock trajectories, ensuring an optimal stock quality and product availability on a worldwide level, while minimizing the financial impact of overstocking
Distribution Planning:
- Define and size the target market stock level of the distribution platforms and boutiques worldwide, based on past sales and expected evolutions
- Consider market feedback, supply planning constraints and special initiatives
- Take part in the design of the product scope and client offer in collaboration with the central merchandising team
- Identify Bestsellers and execute the operational distribution activity, ensuring punctuality and alerting on potential critical shortages
Planning and reporting tools:
- Optimize the planning and reporting tools to make the best of our data, improve connectivity and transparency with the other teams, and globally gain in flexibility, speed and reactivity, particularly through Power BI and Anaplan
- Analyze the current flows and suggest improvements, challenging the actual processes, methods and tools, and making required analyses and diagnostics
- Take part in the conception of the future supply chain planning models, in collaboration with the different product lines of the Maison Cartier
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- You have a master's degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, finance, business administration or related field (Supply Chain competence is strongly preferred)
- You have robust analytical skills, and you easily analyze and work with Data and Information Systems.
- You are organized, autonomous and reliable.
- You have advanced skills in Excel and/or experience with Power BI. The knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
- You are fluent both in French and English and have a strong ability to explain clearly and simply complex topics. Italian language is a plus.
- You have 3-5 years of working experience, with a preference for the luxury industry
