Technology is crucial for successful sales and relationship management. In the Salesforce Success Manager role, you will drive proper adoption and usage of Salesforce CRM, PwC's global client collaboration platform. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective usage of Salesforce CRM to meet our strategic objectives. Your efforts will help improve customer satisfaction, increase sales efficiency, and achieve sustained business growth.
Your Impact
- Be responsible for enabling our internal clients on Salesforce CRM, working with leadership across the Firm to better use and drive business development with technology and data.
- Enable account teams to use technology for account management on priority accounts, ensuring effective usage and measurable results.
- Promote the use of CRM tools to improve sales activity tracking and data transparency, supported by user-friendly guidelines and insightful dashboards.
- Collaborate with Marketing to improve the marketing-to-sales cycle by refining lead processes and leveraging analytics to drive return on investment.
- Participate in regional and global initiatives to align local strategies with broader goals, sharing insights and driving best practices. Along participation, an opportunity to lead the integration of emerging technologies, such as AI and automation, to streamline processes and enhance CRM capabilities globally.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure accurate information management and foster a culture of accountability and transparency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and support organizational objectives.
Your Skill Set
- Bachelor's or Master's degree and a minimum of 5 years of work experience in professional services, or B2B business development or account management.
- Profound understanding and work experience in B2B relationship management and sales, with a focus on Client Relationship Management (CRM) technology; knowledge about Salesforce Sales Cloud and its application ecosystem is an advantage.
- Practical experience and know-how about best practices in digital sales and relationship management.
- Experience in working with and guiding international teams to leverage CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy, digital upskilling, and fostering a culture of sales excellence, collaboration and client centricity.
- Strong strategy execution and stakeholder management skills; display a convincing and client-focused personality, used to working with senior leadership.
- Knowledge and experience in Safe Agile development methodologies, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery as well as proficiency in MS Office/Teams products and AI tools such as Microsoft CoPilot.
- Fluency in English; German and/or French would be a plus.
