The Role:
As a Customer Success Manager at Cardok, you’ll ensure each project is managed from contract to completion. You will coordinate between customers, suppliers in the construction industry and internal teams. You will track projects, manage production schedules and oversee installations. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and client expectations - all while providing an exceptional customer experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining a key relationship with the client upon completion of the installation.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Timeline Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and production team to provide regular updates and address questions.
- Coordinate production schedules, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
- Organise installation logistics, including transportation, customs declarations and equipment coordination for on-site efficiency.
- Oversee all phases of installation, briefing teams on project specifications, managing regular unforeseen circumstances in the construction industry and conducting post-installation debriefs.
Budget & Project Documentation:
- Track project budgets to prevent overspending, ensuring costs align with initial estimates.
- Document each phase of the project, noting challenges and improvements for future projects.
- Gather customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and incorporate insights into ongoing processes.
Customer Service & After-Sales Support:
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Conduct regular customer check-ins and support inquiries ensuring customers understand installation and post-installation services.
Your Profile:
- Qualifications: You have successfully completed a CFC or equivalent with a background in construction, technical industry.
- Experience: You are an expert in project management and have a proven track record using targets and success metrics.
- Communicative & Organised: You are able to coordinate across multiple teams and manage various project components with the ability to manage customer expectations.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: You are skilled in anticipating challenges and adjusting plans to meet goals.
- Budget: You have proven experience in tracking and managing project costs effectively.
- Bilingual: You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of English; additional languages are welcome.
- Office Tools: You have excellent MS Office skills and experience with other project management IT-Tools.
- Sparkel: Your personality is characterised by a high sense of responsibility, you are analytical, open-minded, organised person with a strong team orientation and a hands-on attitude.
