Your responsibility
- Administration tasks in connection with business partners, reinsurance contracts and renewal submission data
- Supporting underwriters in maintaining and developing existing and new business relationships
- Preparation of figures as a basis for decision-making in connection with the assessment of reinsurance contracts
- Create and maintain reports for portfolio management and control
- Internal and external (client/broker) correspondence
- Interaction across other reinsurance underwriting, actuarial and accounting departments
Your qualification
- Higher education mixed with relevant experience in insurance / reinsurance field
- Strong commitment and willingness to learn as well as exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, independent, and structured way of working
- Efficient use of MS Office programs, especially Excel
- Ability to work well under pressure, especially during renewal season
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are required, further languages such as German, French or Spanish would be an advantage, as they are frequently used in the workplace
