Marketing assistant for an international company

For our client, an international company active in the medical devices field, we are looking for a Marketing Assistant.

You'll join a new product lauch team, where you'll help with marketing activities such as coordination, support product management by ensuring sales teams have the needed materials, and keep product information up-to-date. You'll also have the opportunity to take part to a trip to the UK, scheduled for January.

• Coordinate marketing activities and support product management strategies
• Ensure sales teams have up-to-date marketing materials
• Update product information in internal systems and track product data
• Assist with bid submissions and client communications
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices

• Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing
• A first experience in an international company
• Fluent in English
• Excellent use of Excel ; knowledge of Power BI, an asset
• Team-player and eager to learn
