Your Requirements

• Several years of experience in Marketing & Public Relations in the luxury hospitality industry
• Innovative thinking, strategic mindset, and a strong affinity for luxury brands
• Strong organisational skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills
• An eye for detail to ensure consistency with corporate identity and branding
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken); German and/or additional languages are a plus

Your Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of a comprehensive communication strategy while working closely with the Sales, Revenue Management, and Digital Marketing teams
• Planning and implementing the PR strategy in line with the company's objectives in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and PR
• Coordinating with PR agencies and organising meetings
• Supporting journalists and influencers during on-site visits as well as maintaining their contacts
• Planning and carrying out PR and customer loyalty projects, including international travel
• Develop and deliver marketing materials that are consistent with the company's Corporate Identity standards
• Ensuring standardised internal and external communication
• Create presentations and internal materials to support hotel operations and marketing initiatives
• Monitoring and managing the budget and forecast
• Compile monthly reports on PR and marketing performance, tracking results against KPIs, and conduct market trend analysis and competitor benchmarking
