You will work on the administration of several entities and have a versatile role while having the opportunities to learn and develop within the role.
Our client is a single family office.
Description
- Respond to KYC requests;
- Preparing of notices, proxies and minutes of board of directors, shareholders and investment committee meetings;
- Preparing of various legal and financial documentation (SPA, NDA, loan agreements, subscription documents, etc.);
- Prepare bank account opening documentation and update all banking documentation;
- Coordinate signatures and perform due diligence controls on various types of documents and administrative follow-up;
Profile
- Bachelor degree
- At least 2 to 5 years in a similar position in a family office, trust company or similar company;
- Excellent command of English and French
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
