Position Summary
This position will be responsible for driving implementation and effectiveness of omni-channel customer outreach across platforms to enhance customer reach and improve customer experience.
Person will be accountable for bringing commercial success with focus on tracing and optimizing success factors.
Principal Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include
- Co-create and drive omni-channel digital campaigns across website, social media, marketing automation tools and all other relevant tools to deliver strong Return on Investment (RoI)
- Construct Go-To-Market plans as per business objectives
- Design workflows and customer journey for the campaigns
- Develop customer segmentation and buyer’s personas
- Maintain customer database for effective outreach
- Track industry trends and provide innovative approach towards customer engagement
- Align with business units for streamlining digital adoption and add value
Unique Knowledge & Skills
- Experience of organising paid ads in platforms like – google, social media, 3rd party websites, remarketing, etc. with minimum annual budget spent of 1 cr.
- Strong understanding of content marketing
- Knowledge of platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.
