Exciting Specialist Role in a Hospital Environment with Diverse Responsibilities in a Dynamic Company
To ensure our continued growth, we are expanding our team. We are seeking motivated employees for the regions of Suisse Romande, Bern, Zurich and Basel/Northwest Switzerland.
We are a young, dynamic family-owned medical technology company based in Oberkirch/Sursee (LU). Our focus is on minimally invasive treatment methods in spinal surgery. Our clients include hospitals, which we support with implants, instruments, and advanced technologies. Over the years, we have become one of the most important partners for spinal surgeons in Switzerland.
Your Responsibilities:
- Developing Clinical Competence: Provide confident and reliable guidance to medical and nursing staff on the use of our products in the operating room.
- Operations Management Support: Ensure that the appropriate materials are available in the operating room and that medical staff are properly trained in their use.
- Direct OR Support: Act as a product expert, providing hands-on assistance to our customers during surgical procedures.
- Coordination and Preparation of OR Support Assignments: Organize and plan product usage for surgical interventions.
- Educational Initiatives: Develop and deliver training sessions in hospitals and at our training center.
- Sales Support Activities: Present products to surgeons, participate in trade shows and congresses, and support market expansion efforts.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Continuous Development: Work on your ongoing professional development, focusing on both technical product expertise and sales excellence.
- Teamwork and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively engage with your team and collaborate across departments, including sales support, logistics, education, and international teams.
- Product Management Support: Assist with market research, product launch planning, and implementation.
- Marketing and Event Management: Support the organization of trade shows, congresses, and educational events.
- International Projects: Contribute to international projects based on interest and suitability.
Your Profile:
- Completed education in a medical, nursing, or technical field, ideally with experience in the operating room.
- Passion for medical products, human anatomy, spinal surgery, and the OR environment.
- Friendly and open personality with the ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of hierarchy.
- High self-initiative, team spirit, and a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel 80–100%.
- Language Skills: German is required; English and/or French are advantageous.
