Reconciling, processing and submitting WHT tax reclaim applications, resulting from dividend and interest distributions paid to our Clients, to tax authorities in various countries across entire globe, resolving queries raised by tax authorities and/or our Clients. Providing support to other tax related processes if needed Participating in process of onboarding new Clients if required and assisting in preparation of special reports and ad-hoc projects
Your key responsibilities:
- Preparing documentation in the tax reclaim process
- supporting the onboarding of new Clients or processes
- building safe environment to test new solutions and encourage outside the box thinking
- challenging covered process in order to identify and mitigate risks
- assisting in development junior team members
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in Fund Accounting/Asset Servicing/Custody Tax field
- Fluency in English
- Computer literacy
- Ability to organize work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Strong creativity, innovation, problem solving skills
- Willingness to develop and learn fast
