IT Technician

Join our IT Service Desk team as a IT Technician!Ensure reliable and efficient IT support, resolve technical challenges, and manage IT equipment across sites. Collaborate with a dynamic team in a modern, cloud-based environment, contributing your expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure the best user experience.

What impact do you have?

• You will resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Take ownership of incident resolution and service requests via Jira, adhering to defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with teams to manage IT equipment deployments and maintain an up-to-date inventory.
• You will actively contribute to maintaining and updating technical documentation and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and configure basic network components and printing solutions.
• Participate in project tasks and provide support for project management activities, helping deliver impactful IT solutions.

What do you offer?

• Education: Completed apprenticeship (EFZ) IT Specialist
• Experience: 3 to 5 years experience in IT Support or Service Desks roles and end user support
• Solid knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, and cloud solution (Office 365, Azure, Intune).
• Proficiency in ITSM tools like Jira.
• Basic skills in network troubleshooting and configuration.
• A valid Category B driving license.
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• French (B2)
• English (B1)
• German (ADVANTAGEOUS)
