What impact do you have?
- You will resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Take ownership of incident resolution and service requests via Jira, adhering to defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with teams to manage IT equipment deployments and maintain an up-to-date inventory.
- You will actively contribute to maintaining and updating technical documentation and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and configure basic network components and printing solutions.
- Participate in project tasks and provide support for project management activities, helping deliver impactful IT solutions.
What do you offer?
- Education: Completed apprenticeship (EFZ) IT Specialist
- Experience: 3 to 5 years experience in IT Support or Service Desks roles and end user support
- Solid knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, and cloud solution (Office 365, Azure, Intune).
- Proficiency in ITSM tools like Jira.
- Basic skills in network troubleshooting and configuration.
- A valid Category B driving license.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- French (B2)
- English (B1)
- German (ADVANTAGEOUS)
