Our client is a renowned company in the pharmaceutical sector based in Neuchatel. They are looking to recruit, for two temporary assignments of 12 months, a profile of :
Senior Customer service & Transport Logistics Planner 100% H/F
DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION PROFIL ATTENDU
Order Management and Coordination :
• Process customer orders, issue invoices, and manage shipping documentation.
• Ensure compliance with business and tolling rules for customers and supply sites.
• Organize and coordinate transportation between manufacturing sites, 3PLs, and customers, including import/export activities.
• Manage product returns and allocate costs to appropriate parties.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management :
• Collaborate with Quality teams for product release, Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), and quality control procedures.
• Work with Global/Regional Supply Chain teams on product launches, allocations, and change control activities.
• Partner with external manufacturing organizations to implement new supply chain models.
• Execute SAP transactions in full compliance with regulations (GDPR, EHS, and other standards).
• SAP and other relevant computer systems a plus.
• Proven expertise in logistics, order processing, and delivering timely results with precision.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high productivity and accuracy.
• Experience working in multinational environments and with virtual teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong internal and external working relationships.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
Education and Experience :
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharma or consumer products industry within a multinational supply chain environment.
• Experience with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs in the import/export field.
