• Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland

Your Mission

• Support the FTW Design team to develop innovative running footwear concepts that align with ON’s brand identity and performance standards.
• Conduct research and gather insights on market trends, materials, and technologies to fuel your design process.
• Create detailed sketches, 2D & 3D renderings and physical mockups to communicate and validate your design ideas effectively.
• Contribute to the overall design team’s creative process by bringing fresh and disruptive ideas and perspectives to your colleagues
• Maintain awareness of industry & design trends and competitor products to stay ahead in the market.
• Present design concepts and progress updates to internal stakeholders and management.
