We are seeking a curious and experienced Business Developer (80-100%). You will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding our client base, and positioning Ginetta as a key partner in digital business. You’ll lead business development efforts and forge valuable partnerships that drive growth for both our clients and our team.

- 4+ years experience in working at digital agencies, consulting firms or creative agencies in Switzerland
- Track record in business development or sales roles
- Deep understanding of client goals & challenges in the context of digital products and projects
- Expertise in building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities to meet revenue goals
- Strong ability to identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities, driving the initial stages of the sales cycle
- Understanding of digital products and digital technology
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (fluent in German and English)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Role / responsibilities
- Support the business team in development and refinement of outreach strategies to attract clients and grow the sales pipeline
- Launch, monitor, and optimize automated business development campaigns
- Analyze sales and campaign data to uncover trends, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions
- Work with the business to monitor sales and pipeline performance
- Manage the CRM (Hubspot) ensuring hygiene of the CRM, building reporting (Hubspot)
- Work with existing tools and partner agencies to build prioritized target contact lists, and optimize tooling
- Support the business team in the acquisition process
- Collaborate with the business and delivery teams to drive new sales and marketing materials and tools
- Help create operational efficiencies within the business team
- Qualify potential leads
